I will make repairs that are result from bad construction or quality. Damages will have to be examined in person by me before I agreed to do repairs so I can assess if it is from construction or handling.I will not do repairs from the result of poor handling from employees or customers.Not all damages are fixable. I allow 6 months from the time of purchase of a Martine handbag to make any repairs of that handbag that are not a result of customer handling. There will be no fees.If from the time of purchase it is past the 6 months then certain fees may apply.Customer must have receipt.
